    • Founded hyphen technologies, Inc., and began research on information design and content operations for the generative AI era.
  2. June 30, 2023

    • Began foundational research on information design — structuring content so machines can interpret it — and mapped the requirements for reaching both search engines and generative AI.
  3. September 30, 2023

    • Built an internal research prototype for analyzing and generating article content, enabling rapid small-scale experiments.
  4. December 31, 2023

    • Started defining quality metrics and editorial guidelines to keep content quality consistent.
  5. March 31, 2024

    • Began designing the core content-operations automation pipeline that connects analysis, generation, and verification.

    • Started building a shared data platform across our products, treating content as a reusable asset.
